Capital Consulting LTD is a rather unique consulting firm. Our philosophy rises out of long experience of our founder. After long term consulting career, our founder decided that an exclusivity concept is ripe to be introduced to the consulting world. Our target audience is composed of those firms that seek quality rather than quantity and price. Our company specializes on small and mid size businesses, but we are looking for clients that are less worried about prices, than exclusive services and results that they will receive. Thus, a price conscious client is not really suited for our firm; our services are of high quality and slightly higher priced, but the customer service and end results are virtually almost exceeding the client’s expectation.

There are several reasons for our exclusivity concept. First and foremost, we conduct extensive research into every project. Our staff, employees and sub contractors are all specialized in research. We do not recommend or undertake any action without solid qualitative and quantitative research that would allow for virtual certain outcome.
Secondly, we use outsourcing in order to create the greatest possible efficiency. Some companies outsource tasks in order to save money; however, we do not select outsourcing partners based on prices. We select our outsourcing partners based on their track results and efficiency in getting the job done. Sometimes it results in cost saving, but most of the time it does not.

Thirdly, we have an unsurpassed customer service. Most of the time, customers have a hard time in finding an actual decision maker, however, we guarantee that every time you contact us, you will be speaking to the right person. There won’t be any delays in getting answers or results. You get the correct and satisfying answer the first time you contact us. There won’t be a need for you to chase us. We will do everything humanly possible to accommodate all our clients’ needs.

Another reason as to why our prices our slightly different from our competitors is the experience and education of our consultants. All of our consultants have advanced academic credentials such as M.A., M.S., M.B.A., PhD, E.D. etc. Further, all of our consultants have five or more years of consulting experience before they are even considered for employment at Capital Consulting LTD All our consultants are required to pursue additional degrees as well as stay up to date with industry standards and research in their respective fields.
